去年冬天做的腊鸡腿，腊味，香味皆具.，偶个人灰常喜欢方子：10斤鸡大腿（chickenthighs)65克盐50毫升酱油（低盐的）20克花椒75克白糖100毫升白酒香叶，八角，山奈，少许把鸡大腿先用白酒抹匀，再把盐，花椒，白糖混合，均匀抹在鸡腿上，边抹边给鸡腿做下按摩,全部抹完后，淋上酱油，拌匀，丢点香叶，八角，山奈进去（每样四，五个就可以了）腌一周，挂起来，风干，这次[阅读全文]
