今天听说那些食品包装上写的0克TRANSFAT可能是骗人的,因为FDA的要求是高于0.5克以上需要写明.
但这样一来,厂商用降低SERVINGSIZE的办法把TRANSFAT含量压低到0.5克以下,也就是说,写着0克.吃一口饼干也许是"0"克,但吃了一块或四口来说,你可能吃了4x0.4=1.6克的TRANSFAT.
