中国的宪法时时刻刻都在遭受着这个党这个政府的践踏,使其权威和尊严尽失。 80年代,为了使一个不是中央委员的邓小平连任军委主席,竟然粗暴修改宪法特地为其增加一个条款"军委主席可以不是中央委员"。
中国宪法称"公民有言论自由",却把写了几篇文章的刘晓波打入监狱。
这个党还有资格来谈宪法?天大的笑话。

和平后来就谈不上了,理性从一开始就谈不上。在美国和中国都一样,在公共场合游行、示威和集会需要事先申请,批准后要严格地按照规定的时间、地点进行,6.4的活动向谁申请了?不会批准?你要是申请在白宫前的空地静坐几个月抗议美国政府,会批准么?别说几个月,几天也不行。没经批准你在没哪儿聚会试试看?再试试警察让你走你不走,还反抗?还理性?
你当时只是在北京(旁观者?),本人是参与者,是学生(研究生)。如果要是理性,就会知道什么时候该适可而止, 就不会被人利用和出卖。
