昨天，美中刚结束新一轮贸易谈判，美方贸易代表团刚从中国返回美国，外界认为双方未就美中贸易达成共识。
特朗普在推特上写道：“贸易谈判仍在继续，在谈判期间，美国将于9月1日开始，对剩余的3000亿美元来自中国的商品和产品加征10%的关税。这不包括已对2500亿美元的中国商品征收25%的关税。”
特朗普还指责中国违背承诺，没有购买更多美国农产品，也未阻止芬太尼流入美国。
特朗普仍说，期待继续与中方就全面贸易协议进行对话，也认为两国将迈向非常光明的未来。
美中双方周三在上海结束了两天的贸易谈判。双方都没有宣布取得任何突破。中方称会谈具有建设性，并表示下一轮会谈将于9月在美国举行。
