Wikipedia:
By virtue of its small enrollment, the number of alumni that Deep Springs has produced in its entire history (about 1000) is surpassed by many other colleges or universities in a single year. Most continue their studies at other universities (most commonly, Harvard, the University of Chicago, Yale, and Brown; and frequently Columbia, Oxford, UC Berkeley, Cornell, and Stanford).[5] Two-thirds go on to earn a graduate degree, and over half eventually earn a doctorate.
Deep Springs alumni have been awarded Rhodes and Truman Scholarships, and two have been awarded MacArthur “genius grants”: geophysicist Raymond Jeanloz and sinologist Erik Mueggler. One has been awarded the U.S. government's E. O. Lawrence award: mathematician Gustavus Simmons.
Other prominent alumni include:
Robert B. Aird, neurologist
Nathaniel Borenstein, computer scientist
Mark Boulos, artist and filmmaker
Barney Childs, composer
Charles Collingwood, journalist
Norton Dodge, economist
Thomas E. Fairchild, politician and federal judge
Glen Fukushima, businessman and public servant
John William "Jack" Green, IV, World War II aviator
Philip Hanawalt, biologist
David Hitz, computer engineer
Raymond Jeanloz, professor of earth and planetary science and of astronomy
Joseph Richard Julin, Dean University of Florida College of Law
Benjamin Kunkel, novelist, founder of n+1 magazine
Jim Olin, U.S. Congressman
Roy Pierce, Political Scientist
Herbert Reich, electrical engineer and inventor
Peter Rock, novelist
Gustavus Simmons, mathematician and cryptographer
Robert Sproull, physicist and educator
Julian Steward, anthropologist
William vanden Heuvel, diplomat
William T. Vollmann, novelist
Silas Warner, computer programmer
David Wax, musician in David Wax Museum
Stephen Weston, distinguished resident physician at the University of California - San Francisco
Francis Wolf, professor of anesthesiology at Emory University
Donald E. Walker, scientist, computational linguistics deceased
James Wilson, songwriter and musician in Sons of Bill
Sat 2030? Shiit. Even you got 2400, you are not even close to Harvard, unless you're extremely talented in other stuff such as music, sport etc. When YoYo Ma was at Harvard he was so depressed. Seems everyone else is smarter. Hahahah...

2013: Among the institutions the rest are transferring to are Hampshire College, University of Colorado, Brown, and Yale (where there will be seven DS alumni come this fall). One member of DS'11 has elected to stay for a third year.
2012:After Deep Springs, the graduates are headed for Princeton, Brown, Yale, University of Chicago, Middlebury College, and others.

From the official website:
It is entirely possible that an incoming class might contain as few as 11 or as many as 15 students, selected from a pool of between 100 and 200--which means our selectivity can vary between 6% and 15% year-to-year.
However, some statistics remain relatively stable over the years. The SAT scores of accepted students generally average in the upper 700 range for Verbal and around 700 for Math. But even students with low SAT scores should apply because we consider the essays and interview a much more important part of the admission process. Out of 11 to 15 students accepted every year, over ninety percent will accept the offer of admission.
Deep Springers are generally successful in the transfer applications process. In the past 10 years, 16% of students transferred to Harvard, 13% to the University of Chicago, 7% to Yale and 7% to Brown. Other schools frequently attended after Deep Springs include Columbia, Oxford, Berkeley, Cornell and Stanford.

only 26 students in total. No wonder difficult to enroll. However, you are wrong if you consider it to have high quality of science and education. it has nothing to compare with the ivory leagues. But, you will have a good training physically and mentally, something like "reeducation" in farms during 1960s and 1970s in china, haha! 人各有志麽
