媒体暗访:别在昆明吃过桥米线 脏到令人发指

「不干不净吃了没病」,可是这样的「过桥米线」你真的敢吃吗?内地媒体近期对云南昆明的地下米线作坊加工厂进行暗访,踢爆这一盛名品牌背后的骇人一幕:无良商人用水沟里的脏水加工米线,把从饭店餐厅回收来的变质、碎烂的米线重新加工,工人们穿着水鞋在泡米池里作业,而即将送往销售的成品米线更是爬满苍蝇蟑螂,实在令人作呕!
从记者暗访曝光的照片看出,这些小作坊环境简陋,设备杂乱无章、衞生条件极差,有的「生产车间」甚至是工人白天工作、晚上睡觉的「二合一」场所。米线本以大米为原料,但不法商人却将回收的变质米线冒充大米,滥竽充数,经过搅拌的米浆经过机器压缩成为米线,被送到污浊水沟里沖洗,穿着雨靴的工人在水里忙碌着,最后,鲜米线被堆放一边,毫无遮盖,任由苍蝇飞来飞去。
米线是云南的传统风味食品,过桥米线是米线中的上品,采用米线、汤料、配料分别制作,现吃现拌的烹调形式和食用方法,以用料考究,制作精良和吃法独特而闻名中外。近年来,标榜「正宗」云南过桥米线的餐厅在海内外遍地开花,但谁也没料到,在过桥米线的发源地昆明,仅有五家鲜米线加工企业持有生产许可证,远远满足不了市场需求,大部份米线都要由地下黑作坊生产供应。而市场对米线的巨大需求量,又导致大量小作坊应运而生。
米线黑作坊的真相让网民震惊不已,敢不敢吃米线成为网上热点:「看着这些照片就反胃,这辈子再也不敢吃过桥米线了」;「喜欢吃鸡肉鸡肉有问题了,喜欢吃羊肉羊肉有问题了,本以为还好有过桥米线可以吃,现在连米线也不敢吃了,姐回家种菜去啦」;「岂止米线?如今想吃到让人放心的食品,那是奢求!厨房后面,甚麽都难以保证」;「在中国,要想安稳的度过这生,相当于现实版的《少年Pi的奇幻漂流》啊」。更有网民痛斥,这分明是污浊不堪的「过脏米线」。
