奇装异服、由宋元明清四代中国人组成的的大明赴朝使团
《神机箭》讲述这样一个故事：1448年，朝鲜世宗30年，朝鲜国秘密研制火箭群发装置武器——神机箭。明朝使臣得知这一情况，为防朝鲜国对明朝不利，反复派遣大量军人搜索“神机箭”的研发和研制人员情况。朝鲜国王世宗被迫将研制转入地下，研制“神机箭”的主要人员一男和一女被朝鲜军官安置在秘密地点继续研制神机箭。明军随后闻风而至，双方展开厮杀、争夺。最后朝鲜国精锐部队一千人面对明政府调用的少数民族军队十万人，利用研制成功的“神机箭”将明军除使臣副使一人以外全部消灭，迫使明朝承认朝鲜独立及朝鲜和明朝平等相处，不用进贡。

大明使团密谋夺取朝鲜人的先进武器
影片开始不久，世宗迎接明朝使臣，处处礼节谦恭，而大明使臣傲慢无礼对国王处处刁难。明朝使臣着装，除正使和武官外，头戴顶戴花翎，身穿马褂长袍，明显是满清服饰。片尾明军更是调用十万女真军队，多数穿马褂留辫子。片中除使臣副使外，其余明朝人无论上至皇帝，下至士兵，各个行止粗鲁，明军随意杀人，官员狡诈阴狠，和“可爱善良”的朝鲜君民形成鲜明对照。
帅哥在合作研制秘密武器（超级无敌火箭炮）
其中，朝鲜世子和明朝使臣有谈判一段情节，这位朝鲜王子向大明使臣怒喝：“辽东自古以来就是我国领土。”此段情节深刻表现了现代韩国人对中国的无理领土要求。
