在地铁4号线北京南站站，每天有超过2万名乘客向站台工作人员问路。随着地铁新线增多，一些大的交通枢纽形成，动物园、东直门以及北京南站站渐成地铁换乘的新“迷宫”。“十一”期间，为了让乘客不迷路，各个站台各施“招数”，破解“迷宫”。

日均超2万乘客问路
“从天津坐火车到北京需要约30分钟，在北京南站找接站的朋友却花了约50分钟，如果不是有人指路，恐怕往返天津两次的时间都找不到人。”谈起在交通枢纽内迷路的“尴尬事”，张先生抱怨连连。
黄金周期间，记者先后走访这三处“迷宫”发现，北京南站的问路人最多，仅位于该站内的地铁4号线站台工作人员初步统计，日均有超过2万名乘客向他们打听路。 “这里的站厅大约呈圆形，没有太阳等自然坐标，所有换乘几乎都在站内实现，所以乘客最常遇到的问题就是分不清东南西北。”地铁4号线北京南站站站长钱驰勋介绍。另外，在南站换乘的多是外地来京旅客，而整个南站面积大，铁路、地铁和地面公交集中换乘，初来乍到难免迷路。因此，南站问路乘客最多。
动物园交通枢纽则因紧邻天文馆、动物园等热门景点，游客多，公交线路多，迷路的人也多，日均问路人数也过万。
地铁机场线东直门站的新口则因开放刚一个月有余，由于该口距2号线东直门站的东北口仅十余步，有不少乘客“进错门”。“如果走错了出入口则要多走大约5分钟的‘冤枉路’，才能抵达站厅。”机场线有关负责人介绍，除了2号线，这里还有13号线和众多公交线路，所以每天超过1千名乘客“进错口”。“十一”期间此处问路人数维持在500人左右。
各站出高招应对“迷宫”
为了避免让乘客绕远，国庆期间各个站台采取各种“招数”破解“迷宫”。
“为了方便乘客，黄金周期间我们特别制作了10余个临时引导牌和指南针放在站厅内，清晰地标注了方向及周边公交线路图。”地铁4号线北京南站站站长钱驰勋告诉记者。另外，钱驰勋还透露了一个辨别方向的小“秘籍”：“根据客流特点，一般出站乘客需要到南、北两个方向，为此这两个方向一般都被辟为‘出站口’，而西口进站乘客最多，东侧则相对较少，乘客可以根据客流判断方向。”
在地铁4号线动物园站记者看到，一名站务员正忙着给乘客指点：“如果乘坐27路公交车，您应该从地铁A口出站。A口汇聚的公交线路最多，有23条线路……”遇到不明白的乘客，她还拿出一张巴掌大的指路卡，仔细讲解。
据了解，动物园站的所有站务员此前都经过培训，对于周围的所有公交线路位置、站点以及首末班时间熟记于心，对于周边的动物园、天文馆等景点，除了知道方位外，还必须记住开关门时间。有了这些“路路通”站务员，乘客问路有问必答。
在机场线东直门站出入口旁，除了两名引导员不时提醒乘客，一个崭新的导航牌也树立起来，根据箭头标示，乘客对周边地形一目了然。据统计，如今每日走错路乘客数量至少减半
