2009年7月31日早晨6时30分，“110”接到群众举报，在大连市龙溪村小区门前，有人领着小老虎在遛，把周围遛的狗吓得跑得老远。当警车出现时，遛虎人躲了起来。巡警将小老虎抱上警车带回派出所，同动物园取得联系，并进行调查处理中。
