I believe the BULL will continue for another 2-3 years.
The reasons:
1. Weak housing market. Investors need to put their money some where else except housing.
2. The big CUP pattern. The Dow/S&P500 just broke their year 2000 highs, the momentum will drive the market much higher.
3. Nasdaq is still 50% off its 3/00 high. A lot of high tech sectors are still well under water. For example, semi, software, network, internet...., these need to go up a little to make up some 2000 losses.
4. A lot of people who got burned in last bear still dare not to get in yet. They will join to chase the market when the market goes much higher in next few years. That will be the end of bull.
5. Most people in this forum are still showing much more interests in RE, not stocks.
6. Hehe, I am a stock market believer. I will try to push it....(kidding la)
Invest in hard earned money in the right sectors. Don't let it sit in the bank.
