房客这是啥意思

昨天说能不能把家具留下来，我想也行，省的我另找storage存家具。就跟房客说留下来的话房租会加点，问她okay吗。然后她今天回了下面的email. 这是要还是不要家具。也没问我留的话房租要加多少。我还需要跟她说留家具的话房租加两百吗，还是直接把家具全搬走算了。主要是也没地方放家具。
