4 days in Colorado

I am going to Colorado this memorial day's long weekend.It will take 4days.
My plan:
1st day,fly from New York to Denver,pick up the car,then go to Rocky mountain NP
night in Denver.
2nd day,go to Colorado Springs(garden of god,seven falls,pikes peek,Royal bridge),then go to Gunnison.
night in Gunnison.
3rd day,go to Black canyon NP,then to Arches NP,
night in Grand Junction.
4th day,afternoon back to New York.
Appreciate suggests about the trip and good restaurant.
