亚裔容易在科技上有成就而不是管理，因为管理上有文化，语言，社会资源的劣势。 而且亚裔在美国也是少数群体，在怎么努力也不会成为主流。 与其费劲九牛二虎之力为美国的亚裔争取有限的权力。不如直接把亚裔，尤其是华裔的老家振兴起来。这个应该是个釜底抽薪的解决办法。 美国还是衰落了吧。。。。别在玩弄心理技巧了。
