Depends on your immune system. Actually the raw vegetables( such as lettuces, cucumbers, celeries) can burn the fat, can have the vitamins( especially v.c. )to be well preserved. I have been eaten these raw veges for years( I purchased them from Sam's club), I never got sick. My weight always been kept under 120lb( I am 5'4 ). And I am very healthy. Just tasteless. But I do put unsalted peanut butter on the celeries.
