We 老中s are smart, fit, hardworking, cutural-rich, and thus very promising people.
Certainly we need to learn, improve and promote ourselves in the new World. But in the meanwhile we's better not allow others simply/cheaply to play us down.

as I know of, US has too many stupid & lazy population around and is in dire need of people like us 老中s.
I asked my cousin & niece come to the States. I'm so glad to know they are working hard and determined to have better lives in this new Country.
In a broader point of view: We 老中s have one huge advantage over other kinds of People on the whole world --- manpower & population. If there is one ethnic group that will "dominant/conquer" the globe, We 老中 has the greatest potential.

三十年前调研报告细节：中国人收入统计呈M型，高收入低收入呈两大团，中间细腰，报告说是这是因为华裔有两大主流，高学历留学生，与低学历餐饮业者，把平均拉低了。日印裔低学历包袱相对轻很多。

Many 老中s easily lost directions & focus in the western world/environment.
From my personal experience, We 老中s need to learn from some other ethnic groups, especially 犹太人 & 老印.
We 老中s are very excellent Ethnic group. We could be much stronger if we can make improvements in the following:
1. Be confident & more active --- take the ownership of the communities, schools, works, business, and even politics;
2. Be united and help each other --- when we help each other a lot, we help the Country a lot;
3. Have more kids when possible --- simply put: an ethnic group with low birthrate has no future.
We 老中s have been surviving & thriving for several thousands years.
We have enough reasons & confidence to prevail !

1. some老印s有一个大优点，比较有雄心，积极主动，而且目标很明确，很早就很明确。用我们的话说，乐观向上。
2. 老印s被殖民了多少年，那些都是等于上学其间做过coop,intern;
3. many老中s严肃，呆板，没有幽默感，缺乏人格魅力。
4.最重要的是英语流利程度.无法和上级领导打成一片.
5.many老中s情商低,不爱吹捧别人.不去吹捧别人就得不到别人吹捧.
6.印度也是一个很有历史有religion & philosphy 的民族s，要赢他们我们要团结起来，对老外开放热情一点.
