And Zimmerman would even call the police minutes before firing, asking the police to come, while admitting to the police afterwards that he was the one who fired. He did not even bother to run away before the police arrived or deny pulling the trigger. Gosh, this Zimmerman must be a brilliant man -- almost as briliant as you.

I am afraid that was not possible. The evidence showed that Martin was on top of Zimmerman, preventing Zimmerman from retreating. And, when Martin reached for Zimmerman's gun, there's enough for Zimmerman to fear for his safety, in my opinion.

"In the United States, stand-your-ground law states that a person may justifiably use force in self-defense when there is reasonable belief of an unlawful threat, without an obligation to retreat first. "
根据911电话录音,Zimmerman 说到 "He's got button on his shirt, late teens." 以及 "I don't know where this kid is."
“911: Are you following him?
Zimmerman: Yeah.
911: Ok, we don't need you to do that.
就算911说“Ok,please go back to your vehicle and wait,"此话也没有一点丝毫的权威性,作为公民你完全没有义务遵守。
dashagua2,Martin was neither "innocent" nor a "kid". All the evidence points to him assaulting Zimmerman first and ground-pounding him. And Martin is a 17-year-old football player - he is months away from being legally a grown-ass man.
Get your facts straight.
Also, one of the witnesses they brought was a combat medic, part of whose training was specifically trained to listen for comrade screams so he can identify who they are. That guy testified that the screams were Zimmerman's. Good enough for you?
very depressed. I really do not understand as minority some Chinese cheers for the "legal" killing of a innocent kid. Black people may as a whole give us impression of violence, but this is not the justification of killing a kid.
I also do not understand why the hell there is no some sort acoustic analysis being used for the analysis of the screaming for help right before the gunshot. Technically different people should have different voice frequency spectra even when screaming. The screaming have been claimed by both sides, but to an honest person it more sounded like from a kid, not from a full grown up. logically it does not make any sense to back Zimmerman's claim. He is a liar.

911: Are you following him?
Zimmerman: Yeah.
911: Ok, we don't need you to do that.
Zimmerman: Down towards the other entrance to the neighborhood.
Dispatcher: Which entrance is that that he's heading towards?
Zimmerman: The back entrance…(expletive)(unclear)
Dispatcher: Are you following him?
Zimmerman: Yeah.
Dispatcher: Ok, we don't need you to do that.
