What the others said is correct, this baby is not developed or old enough to sit because his back is not developed to support sitting. It is dangerous for baby's back spine. Not sure if you take care of babies before, once you done that, you know. This baby isn't developed enough to flip his body around a flat surface by his own arm.

Now new research was done and it is proven that is too much of vertical pressure to baby's spine in sitting ( or worse standing) position, witch can result in latter baby's life time with degenerative changing of the spine, so recommendation is about 8 month( for sitting), and about 12 m for standing.
