This insurance company is a fraud if this is what it actually said. If the Rose Royse bought the comprehensive coverage for the damages, the insurance company must pay for the repair costs of its insured regardless whose false that is. How the insurance company recoups its own loss from the party at false? That's another story. I don't think the owner of Rose Royse is this dumb to pay out of his own pocket to let the insurance company off the hook
