I eventually had sometime to watch the web version of the episode after reading so much about this girl in the CITY. I have no idea why the show Host pointed his figure so vigorously to the young girl in such an explicit hatred way. The girl’s response towards the Host as well as the Guests in the circumstances, on the other hand, was very natural, calm, and appropriate. I did not see any English show off from her, but a lot of intentional attacks from this Host and the guests. It might be triggered from that Shakespeare’s writing quote by the girl that obviously embarrassed the Host as well as some of the guests(may be) due to their ignorance about Shakespeare including that Frank, who claimes himself as an American Career Planning Expert…… , who sometimes do intend to show off his English langrage advantage…… after a long thought to prepare a sentence of comment on an interviewer… … , and who, in my opinion, may only blossom his own career in a China show like that… …Go figure…….
This bunch of idiots obviously felt the challenge from a young girl who, in their minds, supposed to beg for a low end editing job from the boss-superiors as a format of job interview in China. She did not, then they were shocked, and then that’s an insult!
I think the Host was given too much "power" to direct the sentiment of the show, the guests, as well as the fate of job interviewers in a job hunting show like that, not to mention that Zhang has zero managerial or HR experience back ground. He may be a big potato in some fields in China but definitely not suitable for a job recruiting show. He should be replaced.
