in the us, the vast majority of legal cases, around 90-97%, are settled out of court rather than going to trial. remember, settlement does not equal to dropped a case. settlement is an exchange of give-ins from both parties. in the trump admin vs harvard legal battles, you just have to wait to see what harvard gives in so does trump admin. i can imagine harvard has to close DEI office, just an example. for those of you don't jump the gun to get high yet.
