加州政府以防火 为名？ 禁止使用修剪的树枝在可持续控制的范围下barbecue or recycleing！ considering everything could cause fire resourse as trash ， force everyone put tree bruch or leaves as trash ， waste management ability was limited at fall season ， a lot person or company need working far away and kids can not do yard working ！ working make hard money spend money on the way to service rich or richer person ， because they can cheat other or use gun or power to steal or rubbert pool person ！ working person was force working for food ， gas， water bill ， pge bill ， tax ， property tax ， and everything raise up price by their ability ， even police want finish their job tasks ， give driver ticket ， force driver to go to court lawsuit to spent time ， waste gas and human resourse ， to win back case。 or lost driver license ， so court and police can robert driver ！ if driver forget court date ， or because lawyer no coming court or translater no coming court ！ waste time for driver ， court and police make money by lawsuit with driver ！ driver need working for bills ， public trasnporation bus systerm not link tgether smoothly ， bart or amtrack or airport don not consider link with each other at right time and right postions ， force person use car to working or other activity ！ everyone have limited freedom ， everyone is moving ！ everyone can not answer cellphone or office phone ！ voice mall ， message ， appointment everyone ， but somthing always happen when you plan good or because cop give trouble for driver ， everything need change ， change always faster than plan！ that is systerm problems ！ need rebuild snd redesign ！
