In 200x BeiDa only one student in Paleontology major with more than 10 professors and associate professors in that field since nobody studies that major (No job) and people said he is "only one plant in 100 aces". The one with MS in paleontology now worked in IT in American.

Based on my experience, most of people who work for them are Chinese. Chinese normally work much harder than others and get less reward from US society - salary is lower and working hours are longer.
I don't know whether it is true or not that most of "successful" Chinese ladies benefit from marring white husband to their career.
