美国2023年总债务30.93万亿。其中政府之间债务（Intragovernmental Holdings）是6.87万亿，其它（Debt Held by the Public）是24.58万亿。其中7.2万亿是欠其它国家的外债。占总债务23.28% (7.2/30.93)。也就是说，除了23.28%外债，美国的债务都是欠自己的，这样平均债务有意思吗？
