Currently most electricity is from burning fossil fuel since hydro-power is bad for eco-system and nuclear power (U235) is not safe and dangerous, wind-power and solar power are very small portion and also bad for environment, etc. If nuclear fission is OK then electricity power is good but it's still long way to go.
