讽刺的是，前两年国内媒体敲锣打鼓宣传中微半导体成功研发出了5nm刻蚀设备，仿佛国内企业在刻蚀设备上终于不被人卡脖子了。可事实上，这款5nm刻蚀设备只是刻蚀流程中CCP介质刻蚀里的多种设备中的一种，前后道制程ICP与CCP一共接近30种刻蚀设备，中微与北方华创目前只能完成1/4左右，3/4还是要被美日厂商垄断。
总之，除非中国能让WTO逼迫拜登对中国手下留情，否则几年内国内剩下的17万家半导体企业统统都要死掉，就连中芯国际都不能幸免！
