因为原来的气球，随着气压变低，体积膨胀，到了一定高度自己就爆了。落在地上等着污染环境了。

过去科技没有如今发达，所谓的气象气球从不飘离航线飘到美国领空。如今科技更加成熟和发达，这“气象”气球反而失控乱飘，能够越过太平洋飘到美国领空？难道中国外交部在说中国科技在倒退？一代不如一代？
