国内的中学教科书上说克拉克将军在朝鲜战争的停战协定上签字后说：“我是第一个在没有胜利的条约上签字的美国将军”。 这句话是误导墙内百姓的。 这句话前面的原因从句“In carrying out my government’s instruction”被中宣部删掉了, 这句话是说明他签字的原因的。 这段话后面的一句话“ I suffered a sense of frustration” , 国内的电视剧把它翻译成“我感到了失败的痛苦”。 中宣部的同志们是从哪本字典里找到 “frustration（挫折） “就是“痛苦”的？

因为这与其他地方的战争不同，这是在俄国家门口，如果俄国输掉战争，就意味国家安全失去保障，因此哪怕把乌克兰弄成wasteland也是比其他结果好，至少还是一种核污染屏障，但受伤害最大的是欧洲，因为对核有关的问题，欧洲与俄国的期望值不同。
因此乌克兰战争政治解决是唯一方式，对谁都一样，欧洲不会不懂。目前的战争也就是争取一个较好的谈判条件，这就是为什么西方始终不愿意送可以打到俄国境内的武器的原因，如今北约已经使用了几乎所有能够送去的武器，但都是局限打到俄国。
不能让战争发展到核战争地步，如今俄国在常规武器上还是占优势，一旦不占优势了，使用核武是必然发生的，这没有疑问。
