Kissinger and Freeman are dinosaurs from the Cold War era. They have misled the US public in the past with their poor judgement and misinformation on China. Thank God the Americans have moved on. These guys have no influence on the US politics today.

If the United States persists in confrontation, it will find itself increasingly isolated. Given the state of US democracy, if its China policy is defined as a moral effort, most other nations will be alienated, not attracted.
