伴着清脆的 " 嘶啦 " 声,圆润的天牛幼虫在锅中被颠起又落下,颜色逐渐转为金黄,空气中顿时弥漫浓郁的焦香。这是 @华中农业大学
毕业季系列活动之一——昆虫宴。
6 月 21 日下午,华中农大举行第四届昆虫宴决赛。由在校学生组成的 10
支队伍精心备菜、烹饪、摆盘,各院师生共享昆虫美味。与往届相比,本次昆虫宴新增了昆虫标本展、摄影展、" 虫出江湖 " 示范区。
金黄的炸蚕蛹、亮红的小米椒,翠绿的黄瓜片,晶莹的凉皮 …… 这是 " 三傻大闹昆虫宴队 " 带来的颇具云南特色的凉拌美食—— "
傣味蚕蛹撒 "。蚕蛹香酥可口,撒撇清爽解腻,辅以时蔬瓜果,清凉鲜香,酸酸咸咸。" 天气热,就想做一道家乡的酸辣开胃菜,给大家消消暑。"

对烤蝗虫的口感,动物医学专业的丁憶芸赞不绝口。她说,这是她第一次参加昆虫宴,对自己而言也是一次 " 挑战 "。
