揭秘日本“相扑火锅”:美味与高热量并存的美食

在小樽的雪中行走了一天，浑身湿漉漉的，于是决定去吃日本火锅暖暖身子，不过天冷胃口自然也大开，普通的日式迷你涮涮锅可满足不了我们，我们要去的是日本相扑选手吃的“相扑火锅”。



750) this.width=750' src=http://space.wenxuecity.com/gallery/others/2hzny8m.jpg onclick=document.location='http://'> 在日本相扑运动格外受重视，因此相扑运动员所食用的料理也都是量身定做的。为了增加体重，相扑选手通常采用一种以饮食和睡眠为主的催肥法，每天相扑手只吃中午和晚上两顿饭，都是火锅，只是每天的口味有所变化，通常火锅吃饱了之后，有些相扑手还要吃大量的奶油蛋糕等甜点，吃完后马上睡觉。而这种高热量的火锅就是“相扑火锅”，一种典型的营养餐，即将牛肉、鱼肉、豆制品、蔬菜等放在一个大锅内炖煮。体量大的相扑一顿就可以吃下相当于普通5-6人所吃的饭量。



750) this.width=750' src=http://space.wenxuecity.com/gallery/others/zxlml1.jpg onclick=document.location='http://uku.com'> 我们来到的这家“北富士”相扑火锅店是北海道最有名的店，近70年历史，专营大相扑火锅料理。北富士的店长竹泽建男是原日本相扑最高等级“横纲”富士胜昭的弟弟，他继承父业，将所有食材鲜美的汤汁保留了下来，他家的火锅生意越做越好，味道令人赞不绝口。哥哥是相扑届的第一，弟弟则是火锅届的明星。这里最有名的大相扑火锅便是“横纲锅”，这个火锅的主料是大型蚰鱼，这种鱼主要分布在日本北部，有些体型大的足有60厘米长。60厘米对于人来说可能还是个小孩，可是对于蚰鱼而言已经是30岁的高龄了。因此，这种鱼可是非常高级的珍贵食材。用它熬制出的火锅也是极为鲜美爽口的。

相扑火锅的确和日本清淡料理不同，汤料是浓浓的鸡汤，比较油腻，然后将蔬菜，鱼块，蘑菇，还有鸡肉和牛肉滑一一放入，一锅大杂烩冒着热气，在冰天雪地的季节的确是暖胃热身的最佳选择，同时也能体验一番日本相扑横纲的美食情趣。不过，即使是喜爱肉食的猫猫，面对这一大锅油乎乎的食物，也有些看着就饱了的感觉，吃了几口便感觉太油腻，于是要了一碗海胆和鱼籽盖饭，将生鸡蛋打入，拌在一起吃，鲜美得很。

这家店生意非常好，我们来的时候全部满员了，墙上挂满了相扑选手的照片，餐厅里随处可见相关的摆设陈列，还把相扑竞技的场地“土俵”直接搬了进来，而相扑的规则就是将对方摔倒或推出“土俵”之外为胜。这项被日本人视为神圣崇高运动的国技有很多外国人无法理解的东西，有人说“不懂相扑就无法真正了解日本文化”。但有一点可以肯定，这样吃一定会变成一只肥猫的。
