7月8日，北京地铁4号线员工制服发布仪式在4号线中关村站举行。此次发布的制服包括运营人员制服、维修人员工服、保安制服三大类。4号线9月下旬试运营时，此批制服将正式与乘客见面。4号线运营人员制服分为夏装与冬装两个系列，以藏蓝色为主色调。值得一提的是，女装上衣与马甲领型均采用隐形西服领，女装衬衫采用了中式服装的立领，突出中式元素，搭配丝巾，使着装员工显得更为活泼靓丽。
