　《中华人民共和国国旗法》第十八条规定：国旗及其图案不得用作商标和广告，不得用于私人丧事活动。第十九条中也明文规定在公共场合故意以焚烧、毁损、涂划、玷污、践踏等方式侮辱中华人民共和国国旗的，依法追究刑事责任；情节较轻的，参照治安管理处罚条例的处罚规定，由公安机关处以十五日以下拘留。

　　这样一场国旗比基尼的泳装秀算不算玷污国旗？该不该受到谴责？

　　细看《国旗法》的规定，单从第十八条规定去理解，只要不是用作商标和广告，只要不是恶搞，在时装上印上国旗图案以示爱国，应该不算违法，就象球迷在脸上用油彩画上国旗图案为中国队加油助威一个道理。在美国，星条旗被做成比基尼好象司空见惯。

　反对：对国旗不敬

　　惊现水立方的比基尼时装秀图片，模特身披五星红旗走秀。将国旗图案印在比基尼上，实属不敬，恐怕应算对国旗的玷污。我认为主办方在活动前没有考虑到中国老百姓的接受程度，该受谴责。
