北京时间6月16日上午11时左右，北京上空从阴云密布迅速转为漆黑如夜，雷声不断，如黄豆般的雨点哗哗落下，预计下午仍有明显雷电活动，雨量中等。

监控快报显示：16日10时至11时国家雷电监测网监测到北京地区雷电数538次，雷电活动比前一小时明显增强，主要集中在北京郊县顺义,通县及北京部分城区。

北京市气象台11时发布短时预报，今天下午，雷阵雨雨量中等，局地大雨，南风二三级，最高25℃。下班时，雷阵雨雨量中等，南风二三级,25到22℃。
