鸡胸肉怎么做好吃

从小我就不喜欢吃鸡胸肉，原因就是我妈说的“死巴巴肉”。超市里的鸡腿肉比鸡胸肉要贵，原因大概也是因为不好吃。鸡胸肉不好吃的原因是它含油少，烹饪时间稍长就老了，洋人使用它整块的烧烤，之前要用锤子把它敲散，然后烤个大半熟，不老。咱们华人不习惯这样吃，而且还麻烦，于是我就琢磨出一种做法，你可以试试。

做法：

1、把买回来的鸡胸肉，大块切成小块，然后平摊在烤箱盘子上冻上。把冻好的肉起下来，放大塑料袋里放回冻柜保存。

2 要吃的时候拿出来一块儿半解冻，切成大约七八毫米粗的条，不要太细。倒适量的酱油，花椒粉或者胡椒粉，适量的清水，腌一定时间，最好腌一夜。

3 腌好以后应该是看不到水，如果有水要倒掉，然后加适量土豆粉拌匀，再加适量植物油。

4、油锅烧得很热，并且锅底均匀。到稍多的油，我做菜一般是川菜做法，不过油，所以油的量要有经验，多做几次，才能适量。油热以后把肉丝下锅快速滑散，断生捞起，锅里的剩油可以接着炒蔬菜，青椒丝，胡萝卜丝，土豆丝，黄瓜丝。。。菜炒好，加肉丝和事先调好的鱼香肉丝汁立即起锅，至此，一盘鱼香鸡肉丝大功告成。

5 鱼香汁：酱油、醋、糖、花椒粉、姜沫、蒜粒。

这盘菜的特点是，花比鸡腿肉少的钱，吃到更多的蛋白质，味道鲜美，肉质鲜嫩。说得很清楚就不上视频了哈。
