红炖茄子

大圆茄子1／2，裹面糊(1/2 tsp salt, 1 egg, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tsp black pepper)，剩余面糊同倒入锅煎 炸或者煎,基本软。 八角1枚，干辣椒1枚，掰两半，酱油1tsp，姜2片，从2节，蒜一枚，连皮,，在小火炖10分钟。 出锅，撒香油a splash and 花椒油。 非常提味。
