飘香排骨/秀色满园等

排骨用水烧熟,可以多放点水,反正是倒掉的。切成块后,在油锅里炸一道,让肉收紧一下,这时怎么做都可以的,我做了两种味道的。放油,放糖,放水,放酱油,加一点酒,加一点醋,把炸好的排骨放进去翻炒,最后勾芡浇上去起锅就是糖醋排骨:

放油,放老干妈辣酱,翻炒一下,放排骨,放酱油再翻炒,最后洒上切好的蒜苗段,就是简易版飘香排骨:

咸鸡蛋很受欢迎,又方便,准备一碗烈酒(Vodka),一碗盐,左手把鸡蛋在酒里面滚一下,右手放到盐里面滚一下,装进一个塑料袋:
