这个方子是老美邻居给的,说要放冰箱里腌五天,我们腌了一瓶只一天后就拿出来尝了尝,发现好吃得很,才三天就吃得差不多了,好方子拿来和大家分享:

--- Summer Pickles Recipe --- sliced cucumbers layer with sliced onions, pack as may as possible into a gallon jar. 4 cups sugar 4 cups cider vinegar 1/2 cup salt 1 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1 1/4 teaspoon celery seed 1 1/4 teaspoon mustard seed
黄瓜和洋葱切片:

一层黄瓜一层洋葱地放到大点的瓶子里,尽量多放,这里是四个黄瓜的量:

我们的瓶子估计不到半加仑,用了一半的料,混合搅拌均匀后倒入瓶中:

黄瓜是非常高产的作物,种几棵就会吃不完,这个方法正好是我们要的,用了上面的后还有这么多黄瓜:
