佛州美女的CIM 那些往事
Janet(珍妮特)是佛罗里达的大美女,俺们结识于8年前。 那年BURN的高总与K总突发奇想,组织了一伙人去爬硅谷南湾的黑山,往返16.5英里(26公里),把一伙刚刚跨入跑步界的妹子们累惨了。俺当时受K总委托,率先奔下山岗,灌满了5瓶水,返回山中救美,其中,就有Janet。5年前的波马,那年奇热,俺在终点巧遇Janet,她抽筋抽到不行,俺各种拉伸营救不提。今年5月,美东最难的百迈赛事中,Janet打飞的前往亚特兰大火线支援!

赛前琐事

![](https://hosting.photobucket.com/images/dd243/atangwriting/DSCN2296.JPG) 周日5点,大家伙在终点排队乘坐摆渡车前往26英里外的起点。CIM是点到点线路,从东往西,沿着美国河逶迤而行,一路向西。气温很低,华氏40+度,虽然还是零上,但是秋雨绵绵,寒风沁骨。

![](https://hosting.photobucket.com/images/dd243/atangwriting/DSCN2315.JPG) 705AM,轮到俺们起跑了。 此番目标:340。 本人生性懒惰,仅仅是赛前的晚上,研究了一下Janet的跑步记录,345的感觉。美女自己也是如此认为。她在2个月前完成了马里兰大铁赛事,成绩是sub15小时,体能尚未恢复。 但是,鉴于她在2019年休斯顿马拉松跑出了324的个人最好成绩,俺还是希望尝试一下340!

![](https://hosting.photobucket.com/images/dd243/atangwriting/DSCN2370_1.jpg) 16英里,BURN的第三个加油据点。 俺知道,此番没戏了,演砸了,掉速了。。。 开始以为是啦啦队的鸡血造成的反噬,马上发现不是,真的就是撞墙,只是症状不甚明显。 随波逐流的8英里
既然演砸了,那么就要接受现实。16迈后,果断降速,将心率从160降到155。同时,配速也降到850。19迈后,心率甚至降到了150,配速降到915。以往的教训,跑崩之后,不甘心失败,总是幻想可以使用精神胜利大法,点燃runner心中的小宇宙之火。结果,越跑越糟,配速不仅不能维持,往往跌出1~2分钟,最终甚至可能开始徒步!

可怜的Janet赛后合影结束,立刻瘫倒在地,低血糖+电解质紊乱。能量胶X3+佳得乐X1,才把小妞救了回来!
