把一间房改为睡房要弄permit吗？要求是什么？

看到一个1500多SQFT的房子，它年份和价格都不错，但是才2房2卫，还有2个小房间可做书房和健身房。没有被抢，估计这个面积还是3房2卫最抢手，我也只想买3B2B的投资房。

要是把一间房改为睡房要弄permit吗？市里的要求一般是什么？我看就缺了个衣柜而已。
