好容易抢到的小破房可能得放弃了

Foundation repair quote looks pretty bad, 总共才900 sq ft, 竟然有几乎4 inch off. 以我有限和惨痛的经验，这要一修就很可能break sewer，cost 加$5-20K.

Seller和seller agent大概也不太懂foundation, 解释了也人家也不信，表示不会降价也不会修，爱买不买。我不敢赌自己的运气，多半是要放弃了。伤心，就像小时候看到一个香喷喷的苹果，翻过来烂了半边的感觉。
