选租客请教，这个申请人行吗？

房子月租金$1980，申请人月收入$5900, 3倍还差一点点， 是个Sr. Loan processor,看他过去10年每2年换一个employer（不同的银行，都在本地）。写的是一个人入住，但是有3个儿子，估计儿子是跟前妻住。现在的的信用分是680. 说是"excellent rental history, responsible father of 3 boys, 2 years of reserves in savings account,good credit score"。看facebook照片感觉是个好爸爸。但是收入看着有点悬啊，不到3倍。他现在租的地方离得不远，但小一些，才$1250。麻烦各位前辈给看看他这个收入能行吗？ 还有loan processor这个工作稳定吗？ 万分感谢！

另外，他自己提交的信用报告最下面是这样的,这是不是说他2012年曾经有过bankruptcy?
