水泥地下的水管

前两个星期请杀白蚁的人来杀白蚁，他在车库里打眼，打到了水泥地下的水管（铜的），杀虫公司的人请了专门的plumber来把水管修了。这个星期他们自己的人来把水泥铺上。这个人是杀虫公司的人，不是licensed contractor做水泥工的，我需要注意些什么，或者说这样做会有什么后患吗？他如果不是专业做水泥的，但是他说他知道如何铺水泥。这种不是专业的人士，水泥铺完后会下陷之类的吗？因为这个杀虫公司在修补过程中还比较积极，我没有坚持说必须是有licensed的人来铺水泥。因为他们请人来修水管已经花了1000左右了。我觉得能饶人处且饶人。但是不知我现在这么做会不会给自己将来找麻烦，请大家不吝赐教。那个需要铺水泥的坑是9.5 inch深， 20 inch  长， 7 inch 宽。
