开了别人的车子拿到ticket (Video 抓拍）

朋友回国把车子放我家，有交代偶尔帮忙开一下，以免车子死掉。前两天收到一张Ticket, 红灯右转车子没有停死，是录像抓到的。车主是男生，照片中我是女生。请问这种情况是否就是直接交罚款，还是需要到法庭解释一下，有没有违法现象，谢谢帮忙。
