后续：乳腺癌检查

在 mri检查中，除了已经有的一个IDC（stage 1A),又发现同一边6:00 position 一个mass which has benign MRI feature，所以还要做MRI directed second look ultrasound,如果还不能确定，还要做MRI biopsy.

我的问题是，是不是有必要做上述检查，如果我选择全切的话？或者直接将两个一起切掉
