没有经验的小小地主请求大家帮看看选租客

Townhouse 4 房3.5浴室，2车库。房子在VA, Loudoun county. 除了所属学区不好，但离几个交通主道和商城什么的都非常方便。离今年秋天要通的地铁站开车不到5分钟。

只租过一次，租客去年9月底搬出， 等我修完房子已经是淡季。前2个月来看房的信用都很差， 我没敢租给他们。 现在收到4个申请， 请老地主帮忙看看给建议

1， 3个20多岁的年轻人， 信用在720分左右，要租15个月

2， 从外周搬来的一对夫妻，1小孩一只狗，信用800分多一些， 男的收入$140K， 女的不工作， 要签以年

3， 墨西哥一家5口（一对夫妻＋3个成年子女），信用分别在650 － 805。 收入分别是$32000, $14400, $20000 要签3年

4， 2大人＋3小孩， 收入加一起近10万， 信用665 和774。 签2 年。

当然＃2是最理想的，但如果一年以后他们自己买房子搬出去， 我又得再清房子找房客。想想都麻烦。

能帮忙建议一下我应该租给哪家吗？谢谢！！！！！
