The consensus of early 21st-century constitutional and legal scholarship, together with relevant case law, is that "natural born" comprises all people born subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, including, generally, those born in the United States, those born to U.S. citizen parents in foreign countries, and those born in other situations meeting the legal requirements for U.S. citizenship "at birth."
This girl was not born in the United States, she was not born to U.S. citizen parents and at birth, she did not meet the U.S. citizenship.
However I agree with the girl's campaign. The qualification rules are outdated. I consider the fraction of life that is spent within the US should be more important. A person born on US soil and growing until 14 years old before living the rest of his life in a foreign country shouldn't be more qualified to the presidency than a person who moves to the US at 10 month and spends the rest her life in the country.

Qualifications for the Office of President
Age and Citizenship requirements - US Constitution, Article II, Section 1
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.
the constitution is actually a little vague in terms of citizenship requirement. if you were never naturalized, i.e., born citizenship, you would meet the requirement. so if the mom/dad are American citizens, the kid born outside of US could arguably be qualified. so even if Obama were not born in Hawaii, he would still be qualified.
as for this little girl, not sure if she needs to go through the naturalization process.
