The process and procedures bear no problem at all. The kind of problem is how to prevent all these crimes in a systematical manner. Anyway, the current system is as good as all those in other countries, by whatever names, in whatever they believe. All are the same, if you are not biased and willing to compare the systems as wholes, not parts, and not on particulars.
