温碧霞酷爱投资房屋
温碧霞吸金力强,3年接65支广告
温碧霞每月收租5万元
据香港媒体报道, 温碧霞近年在内地非常吃香,更成为内地的广告商宠儿,钱赚不停,近年吸金近亿元,爱投资的温碧霞把辛苦赚来的钱投资到房地产事业。投资经验达25年的温碧霞,约三年前冲出香港,在巴厘岛买地起房。
买楼买上癮,温碧霞早前到东京旅游时,也有顺道了解当地的楼市情况,碰巧有朋友介绍她到位于东京最高级的豪宅区六本木,看一个面积1500尺、位于顶楼的双层复式两房两厅的房子。本来只是顺道看房,怎料一去到该单位,温碧霞已爱不释手,几经考虑下,终于决定斥资一千万港元买下。换言之,温碧霞爱三年内在巴厘岛、香港及日本,已豪花近5千万港元置业。
每月收租五万元
记者透过长途电话联络身在外地的温碧霞,她开心承认买到了好的楼盘:“这个楼盘本身要2千几万,大地震之后便宜了好多,现在我1千万买到,很值当。而且日元现在便宜,都想趁低吸纳。现在这件房屋暂时租出去,每个月都有5万的租金收入。”
温碧霞直言看中该地区够安全、有升值潜力、风景好环境又安静:“这件屋风景好,四面都是窗户。”不过最麻烦的是温碧霞并未能在东京开户口收租:“暂时会透过地产经纪收租,稍后想去那边学画画考虑收回来自住。”除了亚洲区,温碧霞亦想迈向“国际”:“一直都有留意!只要质素高的我都喜欢,不排除会买欧美地方的物业。”爱子心切的她亦计划将各地的房屋都留给儿子。
3年接65支广告
凭经典剧集《火玫瑰》“海潮”一角深入民心的温碧霞,坦言因“海潮”效应,内地的商演广告从未停过,令她赚得满盆钵,3年内共接了超过65个广告,广告价更由去年暴升至80万元。除了被封广告女王,她也是商演女王。温碧霞商演价平均每次40万,收入近亿!
