If you're wondering why the Chinese soldiers are wearing what look to be German helmets that's because they are German helmets. In the mid '30 the Chinese government ordered a large number of the new German M35 helmets, and it became the standard Chinese Army helmet. So that's accurate. On the other hand if you look carefully you'll see some of the Chinese characters are using post WW2 M14 rifles. Oops.
