Four-stargeneral and former CIA Director DavidPetraeus’ career-ending affair with his alleged mistress, biographer Paula Broadwell, Harvard-educated and West Pointgraduate, led people think how vulnerable we are at different times in our life.Even more surprisingly, this happens to such highly-discipline- trainedpersonnel. Opposite sex working together too close is carried away and hijackedby their animal hormone-driven feeling, no brainy. However, the reports without their own confession and confirmation alsoled us think some other way. They might impress people with a plain-spokenpromise of working hard for the mission of defending the US, but offered fewclues as to a clear shift in direction from the ordinary to be out of theordinary by breaking the ethical code. Nevertheless, a public hero who does thisbreaches the public trust, shows a complete lack of ethics and good judgmentand has no appreciation of appropriate boundaries. What a sad story.
